Meet Your Massage Therapist

Meet Ashley, an experienced athletic trainer turned massage therapist & owner of Flourishing Life Massage. Her passions lie in bringing realness & brightness wherever she goes and in whatever she does.  She advocates for total transparency and authenticity. For her, that means being unapologetically yourself (unless, you're being a jerk).

That includes her approach to massage therapy.

In her practice, she blends the worlds of evidence-based practices and alternative techniques into a unique, holistic approach during a single session, whether in office or outreach.

Let’s put it simply:

She enjoys connecting with her clients at their own pace. Whether you're gearing up for an IronMan, a Division I student-athlete preparing for a tournament, a blue collar worker who’s sat in an excavator for 20 years, or just seeking some self-care and a reset – count her in!

When she’s not in the treatment room, you can still catch her sideline working as an athletic trainer on occasion. Outside of work, though, you'll likely find her basking in the sunshine, going to concerts with her sister, cheering at sporting events, or honing her skills on the tennis court. Road trips for cheese curds, a brewery or exploring nature are constant fixtures on her 'to-do' list. She’s an evolving bookworm, particularly drawn to fiction thrillers, self-development, and psychology. Also, bowling? Absolutely.

Volunteering in hospice care and animal rescue has been deeply fulfilling for her in her adulthood. She’s also involved in helping the Litchfield Watercade Royalty, specifically their coronation!

In life, there are three things she’ll never say no to: coffee, donuts, and a thrilling game of cribbage (although not necessarily in that order).
